Designing Wellbeing: Wellness Mornings at Paragon Studio

Bringing together movement, conversation and beautiful design, our wellness mornings at Paragon Studio offer interior design teams a space to recharge, reconnect and discuss upcoming projects.

Paragon Studio believes great design begins with wellbeing. Our Wellness Mornings invite interior design teams into the showroom for a low to medium intensity Pilates or yoga flow designed to awaken the body and restore balance, using our signature cork mats, blocks and resistance bands, the session focuses on controlled, energising movement, an accessible reset before the workday begins.

After the class, guests enjoy a relaxed breakfast gathering with the Paragon Studio team, creating space for informal conversation. Designers are invited to explore our curated display of luxury gym equipment, try select pieces including kettlebells and dumbbells, and experience the craftsmanship and performance behind the collection firsthand.

We’ve been delighted to welcome teams from Katharine Pooley Interiors, 1508 London and Murudé Studio so far, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. From the atmosphere of the showroom to the opportunity to connect outside of the usual project framework, the mornings have proven to be both inspiring and productive.

Alongside our equipment collections, Paragon Studio also offers specialist gym design consultancy, supporting interior designers with the planning and specification of home gyms, as well as larger commercial hospitality projects including hotels, branded residencies and private members’ clubs.

These events are a reflection of our wider approach at Paragon Studio: supporting the design community not only with beautifully engineered equipment, but with meaningful experiences that foster creativity and wellbeing.
