Paragon Studio was appointed to design and outfit two key spaces within this new private members club: the main gym floor and the movement studio. Our brief was to create environments that reflected the quality of the wider club while delivering genuine training functionality within tightly constrained footprints.

We began with detailed layout planning, then specified equipment to maximise exercise variety per square foot. For the strength floor, we selected Gym80, a German manufacturer producing a luxury dual-use strength line. Three dual-use pieces were specified alongside a multi-gym combining a Smith machine and cable system, giving members an exceptional range of loading patterns without a traditional commercial footprint. Cardio equipment from Technogym completes the main floor.

A custom dumbbell rack was designed to house the Paragon Studio Club Dumbbells, featuring oak inserts and the Maslow’s logo. Brand continuity was carried throughout, with the Maslow’s identity appearing on bench pads and custom mats.

The gym takes its cues from the club’s broader design palette. Terracotta-painted walls create warmth and depth, while PaviFlex rubber flooring in a Terrazzo marble effect provides an elevated finish that holds its own against the surrounding interiors.

The movement studio features Paragon Studio yoga accessories from our cork range, alongside Balanced Body reformers stored vertically in a double-height alcove, keeping the floor entirely clear when not in use.

Maslow’s Kensington is one of the finest uses of gym space within a London members club. Through Gym80 strength equipment, Paragon Studio’s own kit, and considered interior detailing, the space delivers a training experience that holds its own against the best dedicated gyms in the city.
