Flying remains one of the last environments
still largely overlooked.

As wellness becomes increasingly embedded in modern life, the cabin has been left behind. Extended periods of immobility, disrupted sleep, and limited space leave travellers physically depleted before they reach their destination.

Altitude by Paragon Studio is a guided in-air wellness concept; resistance-based exercise and mindfulness routines designed specifically for use within the aircraft cabin.

We’ve become more aware of how we move, recover and perform in almost every part of daily life; yet that thinking rarely extends to time spent in the air. Altitude is an attempt to start addressing that gap.

The Practice

Example sessions. Five minutes each.

The Resistance Sequence

A five-minute seated workout built around a resistance bands set. Designed to restore circulation, mobilise the lower body, and counter the long compression of the seat.

Mindfulness

The Mindful Session

A five-minute guided session for long-haul travellers. Breath-work, focus, and meditation help ease the mind and calm the body.

Our Altitude concept has been developed and tested within a controlled aircraft setting, allowing Paragon Studio to refine a suite of practical routines suited to in-flight conditions.

The resulting video content supports travellers in maintaining a sense of physical balance throughout a journey – a deliberate extension of the brand’s design-led approach into the one environment wellness has traditionally overlooked.

The Equipment

Luxury Fabric
Resistance Bands.

A lightweight, easily packable resistance set, designed as a considered addition to a long haul routine. Made from soft-finish fabric for skin-contact comfort over long sessions, and sized to disappear into carry-on luggage in a handy travel pouch.

The same Paragon Studio material standard that runs through the rest of the range – translated to the smallest piece of kit we make.

The Case for Movement

The body doesn’t pause for the flight.

The longer the seat, the more it costs. Five minutes can recover what hours of stillness take away.

The risk of deep vein thrombosis doubles after a long-haul flight of four hours, according to WHO research. Risk increases with flight duration and multiple flights in a short period.
