Essential Yoga Kit Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. The Promoter
- The Promoter is Paragon Studio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.
- By completing the survey and entering the competition (the “Competition”), entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Questions about the Competition can be sent to hello@paragonstudio.co.uk.
2. Eligibility
- The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
- Employees of Paragon Studio, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.
- We may ask the winner for proof of age, identity and UK residence before awarding the prize. If they cannot provide it, we may disqualify them and select another winner under section 5.
3. How to enter
- The Competition opens at 00:01 (UK time) on 1 November 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 30 November 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
- To enter, complete the Paragon Studio survey at [https://www.paragonstudio.co.uk/wellness-travel-survey/] and submit a valid email address at the end of the survey.
- No purchase is necessary. Entry is free.
- Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person or email address will be counted as one entry, and entries made in bulk, by automated means or through third parties will be void.
- Entrants do not need to give any particular answers to the survey questions. Survey answers have no bearing on the chance of winning.
- We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for technical reasons. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
4. The prize
- There is one prize: an Essential Yoga Kit by Paragon Studio (the “Prize”).
- The Prize will be delivered free of charge to an address in the UK within [28] days of the winner confirming their details.
- The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
5. Winner selection and notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on 1 December 2026, using a verifiably random process.
- The winner will be notified by email, to the address given on entry, on 1 December 2026.
- The winner must reply within 7 days of the notification email being sent to claim the Prize and provide their delivery details.
- If the winner does not reply within 7 days, or cannot accept the Prize, or is found to be ineligible, they will forfeit the Prize. We will then select a new winner at random from the remaining valid entries and notify them by email.
- Each replacement winner must also reply within 7 days of notification. Point 4 above will apply again each time until the Prize is claimed.
- We are not responsible if a notification email is not received, for example because it is filtered as spam or the email address given is incorrect.
- The winner’s surname and county will be available for 28 days after the Prize is claimed by emailing hello@paragonstudio.co.uk. The winner may object to this by contacting us.
- Our decision on the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Data protection
- Paragon Studio will process entrants’ personal data in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) and our privacy policy at [privacy policy link].
- We will use entrants’ email addresses to run the Competition and contact the winner. Survey answers will be used for market research and to improve our products and services.
- We will only send entrants marketing emails if they have opted in to receive them. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
7. General
- We may disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or enters dishonestly or fraudulently.
- We may cancel, suspend or amend the Competition or these terms if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary. We will tell entrants of any changes where possible.
- The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or any other social network.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction, so residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
