Paragon Studio x Reco HQ x Rox Queens: HYROX Preparation & Recovery Panel
Ahead of London HYROX, we partnered with Reco HQ and Rox Queens to host an evening focused on HYROX preparation, performance, and recovery. The event brought together athletes, wellness enthusiasts, and the wider community for an insightful panel conversation followed by an interactive recovery experience.
Expert Panel: Insights for HYROX Success
Hosted by Emily Hughes, Founder of Reco HQ, the panel featured a distinguished lineup of specialists across training, physiology, nutrition, and recovery:
- Dr Sam Impey – Scientific Advisor at Puresport
- Eleanor Hoath – Registered Nutritionist, Education Content Director at Bon Charge, and Health & Wellness Editor
- Julia Draper – Physiotherapist at The Running Room, Sports Scientist & Fitness Influencer
- Caitlin Robbins – Founder of Rox Queens
Together they explored the pillars of HYROX performance, from event preparation and fuelling strategies to recovery tools, mindset, and injury prevention. The discussion was followed by an engaging audience Q&A, giving guests the chance to ask direct questions and learn from each expert’s perspective.
Dinner & Recovery Experience
After the panel, guests enjoyed a replenishing dinner provided by Calo, designed to support training and recovery.
They then had the opportunity to experience a curated selection of Therabody kit, including compression boots and percussion tools, along with red-light therapy by Bon Charge, and Paragon Studio’s signature equipment. The hands-on format allowed guests to explore modalities that support mobility, muscle repair, and performance longevity.
