These beautiful kettlebells are made from turned metal and have wooden inserts, which can be matched to other wood finishes on your gym equipment or in the property.
One of the most popular exercises to do with a kettlebell is a swing, and in order to do this you need a smooth handle so there is minimal friction. What exercise would I do with Kettlebells?
Paragon Studio Kettlebells are shaped to function exactly as a kettlebell should. That means the full kettlebell repertoire: ballistic, swinging movements, offset loading, pressing carrying and core work, all from one piece of kit.
What muscles do Kettlebells target?
Full-strength and conditioning. The offset weight recruits the posterior chain and core, the ballistic movements build power and cardiovascular fitness, and the handle demands serious grip strength.
Where is the wood sourced from?
At Paragon Studio, we aim to use responsibly sourced hardwoods, selected for strength, stability, and grain quality. For this reason, we mainly work with:
- European Oak
- Iroko
- American Walnut
- Blackwood (black-stained oak)
Where possible, materials are sourced from FSC-certified suppliers with clear chain-of-custody documentation.
Can finishes vary?
Natural materials such as wood and genuine leather will show variation in grain, tone, and character, and may continue to evolve over time depending on light and environment.
This is a feature of the natural materials we work with, not a defect.
How do I care for the equipment?
We provide material-specific care guidance with each order.
General advice includes:
- Wiping with non-abrasive cleaners
- Avoiding harsh chemicals on wood and leather
- Periodic checks in high-use environments
How does Iroko age over time?
All natural materials will change as they age, including Iroko. It naturally evolves in colour, starting as a warm golden-brown and gradually deepens into richer brown tones over time.
Why? This change is driven by light exposure, oxidation, and environmental conditions, and is a natural characteristic of real hardwood.
Is Paragon Studio equipment bespoke?
Almost all Paragon Studio equipment is made to order, and bespoke is the default rather than the exception.
You can specify:
- Wood type and finish
- Metal finish
- Upholstery, leather colour, and stitching
- Branding, engraving, or discreet logo placement
Where appropriate, we’ll also advise you where not to customise, to protect performance, safety, lead times, and longevity.

All Paragon Studio equipment is designed in the UK.
Manufacturing is carried out by specialist workshops selected for the specific skills each product requires. Our dumbbells and large wooden pieces are produced by UK-based experts in metalwork, joinery, upholstery, and finishing, alongside overseas partners with deep expertise in leather and rug manufacturing.
