Founders’ Associate
About the role
A Founders’ Associate gives leverage to the Founder and, where needed, the senior leadership team. You would move between projects, preparing board and investor materials, shaping commercial analysis, running discrete operational initiatives, and handling the details that keep ambitious work on track.
The role is deliberately broad. You would not own a single function; you would help the leadership team think clearly, decide quickly and execute well across the whole business.
Key responsibilities
• Support the Founder on commercial strategy, planning and decision-making
• Handle the Founder’s diary and scheduling
• Prepare board reports, investor materials and internal analysis to a high standard
• Run discrete projects end to end, from scoping through to delivery
• Pull together data and research to inform pricing, market entry and growth decisions
• Coordinate across sales, operations, finance and marketing to keep priorities moving
• Produce briefings and follow-ups that ensure nothing of importance is lost
• Hold the leadership team’s standards in every piece of work that leaves your hands

Ideal background
This role could suit a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is bright, driven and not yet fixed on a single path. We care less about a particular degree or sector than about raw judgement, work ethic and range. If you want to learn how a business is built from the inside, and are willing to turn your hand to whatever the week demands, this could be a strong first or second step.
