US Sales Manager

  • Future Opportunity
  • Miami, US
  • Full-time

This is a strategic hire rather than an immediate one. This role would lead Paragon Studio’s growth in the United States, already one of our most important and fastest-growing markets, ideally based in Miami, where we plan to open a showroom in the next 12 to 18 months. It suits an experienced salesperson who can open doors, build trusted relationships and represent a luxury British brand to discerning American clients. This is a chance to own our biggest market as the first person on the ground. While this may not be a live vacancy today, we welcome expressions of interest from exceptional people.

About the role

North America is now Paragon Studio’s largest territory, driven by high-value residential, hospitality and commercial projects, and supported by an actively trading US entity in Florida. A US Sales Manager would own the relationships, pipeline and growth in this market, working with architects, interior designers, developers, hospitality groups and private clients to specify our wellness spaces and equipment into the most demanding projects nationally.

You would be the face of the brand in the US: consultative, credible and commercially sharp. With strong demand already established, the priority is converting that momentum into lasting relationships, repeat specification and a referral network that compounds over time, eventually anchored around our Miami showroom.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and own the US sales pipeline across residential, hospitality and commercial sectors
  • Build relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and operators
  • Manage high-value enquiries from first contact through to close
  • Represent Paragon Studio at the level our clients and partners expect
  • Work with design and operations teams to scope and specify projects accurately
  • Build a referral network that sustains long-term growth in the market
  • Provide market insight to inform pricing, positioning and product decisions
  • Meet commercial targets while protecting brand standards and margin

What we're looking for

  • Proven sales experience in luxury, design, architecture, fit-out or premium products
  • An established network within US design, architecture or hospitality is a strong advantage
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Commercial discipline and the ability to manage complex, high-value sales
  • Self-direction and the drive to build a market with autonomy
  • Credibility and presence with sophisticated, discerning clients
  • Willingness to travel and represent the brand in person

Ideal background

Sales or business development in luxury goods, high-end interiors, architecture, premium fitness or hospitality. We welcome people who have sold considered, high-value products to discerning clients.

Why Paragon Studio

Paragon Studio designs and delivers wellness spaces for some of the world’s most discerning clients, across luxury residential, hospitality, commercial and superyacht projects. Founded on Ed Thomas’s work designing gyms for the majority of the world’s largest yachts, the business has built a reputation for design-led, precision-engineered work, and partnerships with names such as Harrods, Soho House and Vogue.

For an ambitious person early in their career, few roles offer this proximity to how a premium business is actually built, or this much real responsibility, this quickly.
